These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and all services offered by MadeinNigeria Mobile App Limited (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Mr MIN”).

By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Overview of Services

Mr MIN is a multi-vendor marketplace and community platform that promotes indigenous Nigerian and African products, services, innovations, and creators. Our services include:

• Online store and vendor marketplace for Made-in-Nigeria products.
• Affiliate referral system (UR Unique PIC) for commission-based earnings.
• Stream-Live Stores and Online Trade Fairs for live product showcases.
• Job Board and Service Listings for professionals and artisans.
• News & Entertainment updates featuring indigenous stories and achievements.

We provide the technology and marketplace infrastructure but are not the manufacturer, supplier, or agent for products sold by independent vendors.

2. User Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

3. Vendor Accounts

Vendors may list and sell products subject to verification that goods are:

• Made in Nigeria or assembled in Nigeria with a Nigerian brand name.
• Authentically represented and legally owned.

Vendors are fully responsible for:

• Product descriptions, pricing, inventory, and shipping.
• Customer satisfaction and return policies.
• Compliance with safety, labeling, and trade laws.

Mr MIN reserves the right to delist, suspend, or restrict vendors who fail to meet quality or legal standards.

4. Affiliate Program (UR Unique PIC)

Registered users receive a Personal Identity Code (PIC) that tracks referrals and commissions.

• Affiliates earn 20 % on subscription referrals and 10 % on referred product sales.
• Earnings are credited to the user’s wallet once the referred transaction is completed and verified.
• Commissions may be withheld for cancellations, refunds, or fraudulent referrals.
• Minimum payout threshold and payment methods are defined in the affiliate dashboard.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription tiers include: ₦ 500 – ₦ 500,000 packages with varying privileges (visibility, Stream-Live access, premium banners, verified badges, etc.).

• All payments must be made through approved channels (e.g., card, wallet, airtime, or partner gateways such as PayNG.app).
• Fees are non-refundable except where legally required.
• We may adjust prices or features; users will be notified in advance.

6. Stream-Live Stores & Trade Fairs

Paid subscribers may host live product showcases via our integrated platforms (YouTube Live, IVS, or similar).

• You are solely responsible for the content you stream.
• Do not display illegal, misleading, or copyrighted materials.
• Mr MIN may moderate, remove, or suspend streams that breach our community standards.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload or sell counterfeit or prohibited goods.
• Impersonate other users or brands.
• Post defamatory, abusive, or obscene content.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or misuse our platform.
• Circumvent referral systems or payment structures.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property — including trademarks “Made in Nigeria,” “Mr MIN,” “Naija to the World,” “Naija Lover,” and related logos or mascots — belongs to MadeinNigeria Mobile App Limited.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.
Vendors retain rights to their own product content but grant us a license to display and market it within the platform.

9. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data under our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and GDPR principles.

Information such as name, email, phone, and wallet details is used strictly for account management, payments, and notifications.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Mr MIN acts only as an intermediary platform.
We are not liable for:

• Product quality, delivery delays, or vendor negligence.
• Loss of earnings, goodwill, or indirect damages from using our site.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may conduct maintenance or system upgrades as needed.

11. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Engage in fraud or abuse.
• Remain inactive for more than 12 months.

Users may also request account deletion at any time by contacting support@madeinghana.app.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect new laws or platform features. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use signifies acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Disputes shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, by arbitration in Lagos State, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
